Welcome to our debut newsletter - The Schweet Scoop! WOO HOO! It feels soo good to finally be out in the world, but even more amazing to have your support, time and interest. I am so excited for what we have in store for our "modern, weekly newspaper", and I hope you stick around as we grow and hone our voice in this digital space.

To be honest, I wasn't sure what I wanted to write for our first edition. I wanted to write something grand, but I have have been glued to watching the Olympics these last few days. I don’t know about you, but watching the athletes pour everything they have out on the pool, court, or arena to fight for a fraction of a second, or a hundredth of a point, brings tears to my eyes every time they medal. I can feel the pressure, the dedication, the moments of heartbreak and triumph they all walk through (Simone Bile's "redemption", Djokovic's Grand Slam Title, and the Netherlands 4x400 mixed track relay, really??). All of this in pursuit of a life long dream. That’s why I love them, admire then and relate to them.

In some way, by launching Schweet Living last week feels like I’m on a parallel journey with these fierce athletes. I have worked tirelessly behind the scenes for years, faced tons of doubt, and now, I am working to achieve a lifelong dream - starting my own business!

I’m sharing this because I want you to know how much being here means to me and how committed I am to this mission. There will be low lows and amazing high highs, but I want to go through them openly and honestly with you and build an unbreakable community. While you and I may not be aiming for a gold medal, you're striving for a golden life—one full of joy, achievement, and abundance.

You might have noticed I started this email as your new "tribe" identity- Chaos Breakers. That is no accident. As I thought for years about who I wanted this business to serve, I knew it was a fierce warrior, someone driven to succeed but currently facing one of life's tough seasons and is looking for the right next steps to get her life together. And yes, I am talking about YOU! Welcome to the tribe!

And speaking of exclusive - we have another big week for Schweet Living because we are aiming to roll out our new podcast - "Get Your 'SCHWEET' Together!" Our podcast focuses on common home management pain points, dives into strategies I learned from my Hollywood career, and how to use them to improve your daily life.

To be really honest, I am still working hard to get the edit together and learning how to distribute it, so please be patient with me as I get it going. I promise, I will keep you posted as things develop because you are now part of my journey too.
